Meet Dr. Jillian Penney (West Chester, PA)

Jillian Penney, O.D. received her undergraduate degree from Millersville University in Millersville, PA. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She has completed several clinical externships across the United States to refine her skills and knowledge in contact lenses, ocular diseases, and dry eye. Dr. Penney comes with prior experience from private practice and large group practice settings. She has a special interest in ocular disease and dry eye therapy.

When not at the office, Dr. Penney enjoys spending time with loved ones and her pets. She is always on the go! You can usually find her trying new restaurants, diving into a new book, or traveling as much as possible.
